Clay Class: Mugs or Pitchers!
Create a textured mug or pitcher using stamped slabs! 4-6 people.
Service Description
Get your hands dirty in this super fun and casual class. You'll transform a blank slab into a work of art using stamps and carving tools. We'll turn that slab into a cylinder, and then we'll turn that cylinder into a mug by adding a pulled handle, and maybe even a spout to make it a pitcher. By the end of the night you will have made with your hands a functional, versatile vessel to use in your house or to share as a meaningful, personal gift. I need 4-6 people to host a class. The cost is $110/person. Class is held in my home studio near 18th St and Hill Rd in Boise's North End. I provide all the materials and instruction, you just bring your ideas and creativity! You are welcome to bring beverages and snacks for your evening. I will dry, fire, and glaze each piece, and have it ready for you to pick up in 2-3 weeks. All pieces are food safe. To schedule your class, please have each participant book through the website. I will send an email with details as the class approaches. Payment is made the evening of the class.
